Existentialism and Caterialism

I recently tweeted

Materialism is how we understand the cosmos.
Existentialism is how we understand ourselves.

Caterialism – all is catter (code|matter) – is an ontological view, but it’s becoming increasingly suggestive that the code we create (or import) for ourselves (how we choose to live) is the product of Existentialism.

(So, Codicalism = Caterialism+Existentialism.)

Existentialism in Lawrence of Arabia (1962):

“Truly, for some men, nothing is written unless they write it.”
